Following the COVID pandemic's challenging times, when all office-based medical practices took a major hit with a personnel crisis, we have been trying various modules of creating a comprehensive team. We have finally succeeded in creating a compact, highly trained professional group of medical providers with excellent and knowledgeable ancillary staff. Cumulatively, we hold more than 40 years of experience in providing medical care.

All visits are scheduled visits. Walk-ins are not routinely allowed. Occasional cases of an emergency that can be addressed in office settings can be taken care of . We believe scheduled visits provide an opportunity for all patients to receive one-on-one undivided, and comprehensive care. All questions and concerns are addressed and resolved during the visit. All patients are required to be seen every 3 months or 4 times a year. Patients on controlled subscriptions are required to be seen every 2 months, 6 visits a year.

Scheduled and planned visits help us create a comprehensive care plan with all preventative services, which reduces visits to urgent care and ER except in unforeseen emergencies. Reducing these visits in turn saves patients and providers time and money.

Because we take pride in excellent primary care services with same-day referrals and 1-2 days turnover for forms etc., we do require patient be compliant with their appointments. We have recently implemented a no-show fees. We request you give us a 24-hour notice to be able to accommodate the next waiting patient in line who can receive our care.

We believe in working as a one big team and request your cooperation at all steps in your medical care. Our welcome letter summarizes all expectations. Several other first-day intake forms have additional papers to be signed, as we can create a bonding team and start our journey of providing safe and complete medical care to you and your family.

9. We have a great working relationship with all specialist providers and are able to generally even get quicker appointments for specialist visits and test in special circumstances where it's required.
10. Finally, we are very particular about our time management. We believe your time and ours are very precious, and being on time and or within a maximum of 10 minutes of the scheduled time is highly important for both our interests.
